"The worst manicure ever! Kathy did not know what she was doing. I added the receipt because I did my nails yesterday night and they look like I did them a month ago and did work on my backyard which I never do! My hands are extremely dry. She burned me and cut me multiple times and then charge me: $50 for dip, $20 for gel, and $30 for an acrylic full set that I’m pretty sure I did not get or ask for. I was with my aunt and son and their experience was super different so I just paid and left. But I wanted to post the pictures because in less than 24 hours I have to go to another place to fix the mess she did and charged $100 for…"

"Paid $40 for a sloppy pedicure. After 5 minutes, the lady kicked me out. They didn’t have any fans so they can dry faster. I gave a $2 tip and she complained about that. She didn’t deserve a tip for a sloppy paint job and kicking me out so fast."

"UPDATE: I usually don't take the time to leave bad reviews but I had to come back because my last visit was such a huge disappointment! I wanted to make this place my new salon considering that its closer to home than my regular salon by my old job. My last set was just a fill in for my nails and I got a $60-$70 pedicure (whichever with stones which they say is the "best one") I enjoyed my experience, both my nails and pedicure lasted well over a month. I was excited to go back on 9/21/23 my tech was Amy. She rushed my nails and feet, over charged me, and my nails are a complete mess! I paid $160 for a basic acrylic gel set, length not long at all, coffin shaped, GEL. While doing my nails I had a feeling they wouldn't last long but I tried to have faith. Even when she finshed my nails out of no where she said "They shouldn't break" I'm like ok. She didn't give me the menu to see price list for myself she asked what pedicure she said the $70 was the best one. When I paid she charged me for a dip set which she tried to force on me in the beginining and I told her I didn't want because I like to get fill ins and chnage my color. My pedicure was about 40 mins she didn't use the rocks. One week later on 9/28/23 my pinky nail broke and on 10/02/23 my middle nail broke. I travel and don't do much because I work in an office environment so to look down and see a nail missing was very upsetting. I'm in Detroit on business but my nails look a hot ghetto mess! $160 wasted and in today's economy I could have used that towards a bill or food. Not Amy providing horrible service. Thinking about making this place my new nail salon considering it's closer to home. Great service! I will be back very very soon!"

"I have been going to see Emily at Lovely Nails for a long time and I love this salon very much! Emily is so so talented and sweet and I always leave the salon very satisfied with my new nails! There is a parking lot right out in front which is very convenient. The pricing is also very reasonable! I would highly recommend her services!"
