"This was my first time getting my nails done at Luxor. They sat me right away with Fugi! I can’t explain how IN LOVE with my nails I am! Being new to the area, I was trying to find a nails salon that I liked and “liked” is an under-statem! Fugi knew exactly how to make my nails look AMAZING! "Did some research for the area im currently visiting and this particular nail salon had great reviews and was very similar to my favorite home salon, so I gave it a try. I booked an appointment through Google and was taken as soon as I arrived at the salon. The owner did my pedicure which included hot stones and an aromatherapy heated neck massage and Mimi did my SNS manicure which I absolutely loved, not too mention the great conversation! They offered water and soft drinks, very relaxed atmosphere, clean, nice vibe. I definitely appreciate the plastic gloves over my hands while soaking off the SnS, it gave me the mobility to continue to use my phone without having to remove anything from my fingers. If I have a chance to revisit I definitely will!"

"Full transparency, this is my first time ever leaving a negative google review, so that’s how you know it’s bad. I only get manicures done for very special occasions, and went in today for a dip mani with a friend. I have to say this is the worst manicure I have ever gotten. The techs were rude to us. There was no manicure done, besides from applying the dip powder. They did not cut my nails or file them, until I asked to make them even at the end, but my nails are different lengths. They also did not touch the cuticles so those are still there. I bite my nails, and you can still see the rough shape because they did not smooth it. My friends tips were not applied evenly. We are both covered in dip powder and the glue as we were leaving. They also cut her and then ignored the bleeding finger. We paid $50 each for this to be done, which is higher than some competing locations, and it was one of the worst services I have ever received."
