"I visited for a scheduled appointment. Despite arriving early, my appointment felt rushed as the nail technician seemed in a hurry to leave and even mentioned needing to go home to cook dinner. To my disappointment, the service did not meet my expectations. The nail technician not only deviated from the service I had requested but also cut my skin twice. Additionally, a gel manicure was applied without seeking my permission, apparently to expedite the drying process. This lack of communication and deviation from the agreed-upon services left me dissatisfied with the overall experience. I believe a clear understanding of customer preferences and a respectful approach to appointments are essential for a positive experience."

"My husband and I went for Mani/Pedis last Wednesday and had Jamie & Serena providing the services. Both ladies were incredible! They took their time and made us feel so comfortable."

"I usually come here for my bi-weekly dip manicure. It's $46, now they charge you to soak off your previous dip. This time I went, the guy who did my nails was super unfriendly. He never spoke a word, didn't offer anything to drink, was grabby with my hands and would yank them, and didn't even bother with cuticle oil. He left when my nails were soaking to have a cigarette, and reeked of smoke when he came back. The edges of the nails are awful, and he messed up on multiple nails. He even looked at them, knew it was wrong, and did nothing. Probably going to be going elsewhere from now on."

"I just had the worst experience at this salon! My daughter saved her own money to have her first time gel nail polish that was supposed to cost $25. That is unacceptable that they charge extra for everything without asking!!!!! We arrived and they ask us to choose the color on the display. My daughter choose a white color and the ring finger with sparkling silver color. BOTH COLORS WERE IN THE DISPLAY!!!!! She asked for almond shape. Which was also charged more!!!!! After the service done we were charged the total of $65 dollars!!!!!!!! Plus tip!!!!!! I said: this must be a mistake! My daughter is 13 and she just wants a white gel nail polish (even without manicure) and they said: that’s correct! $25 for the nail polish $25 for the chrome color (which was on the display as a option) $5 for the almond shape and $10 to fix a broken nail!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is really unacceptable!!!!! I’m not putting price on their service. They can charge whatever they want. They just cannot charge without the client’s permission!!!!! If I could give -1 stars I would. I will definitely spread the word and tell everyone not to step on this place!!!!"

"Had a great experience! Lily provided me with a great gel pedicure and acrylic set! She even helped me pick out a color based off a photo I brought in. Everyone was very patient and kind. Will definitely come back!"
