"I’m not one to leave reviews, but due to the result of my manicure I decided to leave one. I really wanted to love this place because it came recommended, they’re close to where I live and they have great reviews. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. I made an appointment, and was seen to immediately, however the nail tech barely greeted me and didn’t give me the opportunity to select a color. She just grabbed a nail pallet and walked me to her station. Luckily I went the day before to book an appointment and look at the color selection, so already knew the color I wanted. Before she could begin, she was asked to work on another client and I was switched to a different tech. This tech was nice however he himself had fairly long nails which looked untidy and a little dirty. This aside, he did a fairly decent job but by the evening the gel began to lift and peel from the cuticle. I called the next day and they politely agreed to redo them for me, but I requested a new tech. The new tech filed off the chipped polish and repainted 7 nails. She must not have dusted my nails properly before painting as my nails are now bumpy and far from a smooth finish. My husband immediately noticed the bumps when I returned. I am very upset with the results, and the only reason for 2 stars is because most of the staff are friendly, and they agreed to fix the problem (but only made it worse). Also, do note that there is a service charge when paying by debit/credit card which they do not tell you about before paying. Sadly I will not be returning."

"This was my very first time going here and I absolutely loved my experience. The employees were very friendly and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxed. This is the perfect place if you just need a mental health day. The lovey woman who did my nails did an amazing job. I was nervous about getting this design because I didn’t see anything like it in the reviews or on the website but I was so very happy with the result. It is exactly what I wanted. Her attention to detail is amazing. I got so many compliments."
