"Within a matter of hours my dip started chipping off my nails. I’d look down and there’s just more and more gone. This should last 4 weeks… the place was pretty and my nail tech was very nice but there is a strong smell when you walk in. For the price I paid I did not expect my nails to start looking like this within the first day. I did not do anything strenuous at all. I can understand if I was rough on my nails for them to start chipping but literally did nothing. So upset. I was really excited to try a place by my house but after this I will not be returning."
"I was looking for something close by my home and I am so grateful to have come across this salon! I’ve been going for the past 4 years now and I absolutely love it! Natalia has been my nail tech for a long while now and she’s the best!! She’s also bilingual and speaks spanish. Every design, shape, and style I have asked her to do, she’s delivered! I’ve attached a few pictures. If you’re looking for a clean, positive, and friendly environment go to Royal Nails!!"
"Ben was so rude and did not listen to my concerns. He started shouting when I said my nails were not even and wasn’t even paying attention while he was doing my nails. This is not the first time they’ve messed up with me. The price was changed after I was told it was something different. I will definitely not be coming back, nor will I recommend this place to anyone."
"Great nail salon! I have been coming here for a few years. It’s big and clean, they recently renovated and got new chairs, the atmosphere is relaxing. My nail tech is Andy and he does amazing nails!! I am very happy with this salon."
"Nails started to peel within like 3 days. Always have issues coming here whenever i come. With nails popping off within days, uneven nails, and bad nail shapes. At first I thought it was me so i kept going back thinking I was too rough with my nails. No, other places my nails last 2 weeks before they start to fall apart. One thing i will say positive is that pedicures are awesome here! I love the people but hate the service."
