"Jessica in the office was super helpful in ordering the part I needed and when the installation was too much for me to handle, she quickly scheduled an installation tech to come out and install it for me. Larry came out and right away, it was obvious that he knew what he was doing and had years of experience. He looked at what had to be done for the installation of my new Halo unit and quickly made the necessary adjustments and installed it perfectly. The best part of it all, was that when Larry was done you couldn't see any evidence of my poor workmanship or anyone else. All you could see was the correctly installed Halo unit perfectly mounted in the supply duct almost as if it was built into the duct originally. "Larry and Will were just at our residence performing their companies first Preventative Maintenance on our system. We tried Dynamic when our previous long term service company couldn't help us for three days when we were totally out of service. Dynamic came out the same day and repaired our system. Today I was astounded to see the part of the maintenance work included cleaning the coils inside and out. This is the first time my condenser coil has ever been cleaned.
