He installed the pump and was gone in less than an hour. Exceptional work and very courteous. I highly recommend him for any repair issues. Very reasonable rates."

"I would like to make everyone aware when dealing with this company. They charge 150.00 an hour. They also charge a fee for coming out. When the tech gets to your location the clock starts. I would highly suggest not asking him any questions. Let him give the quote for the repair, check out as soon as possible. They are highly knowledgeable. The tech I had, David was incredible. I have no problem with David. I have a problem with there policy on time. I also would of appreciated if they made me aware I was on a clock. I originally was going to be charged 272.00 but I had a few questions about doing further services with them that took 10-15min. The questions took me into a different time bracket. Raising my bill to 342.00. Open Road quoted an additional 342.00 for part Plus labor of 150 an hour to fix. I found the original part at lazy days for 250. I Installed it in seconds. I appreciate there diagnoses. I called and was very nice asking for a refund for my time charged for questions. The rep argued and defended with me over 70 dollars. Very disheartening. I wouldn’t use them unless you truly have too. They are Highly overpriced for there services and do not work with customer concerns. I usually don’t write bad Reviews but this didn’t sit well with me."
