"DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! My power steering failed and he charged thousands of dollars over the actual cost. I didn’t get my car back for weeks. I sat in his shop and cried while he pretended to be friendly, but it is a total con. I finally took it to the dealership because it was still having problems. Turns out he lied about the issues, overcharged 4x the amount it should have been, and didn’t even fix it."

"I brought my 2014 Impala in because it would not go over 49 mph. Within an hour they diagnosed the problem which had to do with the computer of the car. I was told by Cheryl that she will order the part and that it might take 5-7 business days, because it has to come from out of state. Well, the part was received in 3 days, and in 2 days the part was installed. Everyone at Wicked Wrench could not have been more professional and accommodating. They did it for a fair price, and even washed the car before returning it to me. I was so happy they accepted my credit card as I did not have the cash available. I recommend them highly for all your automotive needs!!!"

"This business is a rip off. They will use terms like “pay me in cash and I will take care of the taxes”, “you are like family”, and “my accountant wasn’t happy with the discount I provided you”. Cheryl will use their health issues to prey on your empathy. At the same time, they are sabotaging your vehicle to keep you coming back. I have given this business over 10k to fix my Mini over the past 6 months and it is still leaking oil. They fixed 2 engine leaks and 3 months later those same 2 engine leaks were still there. I brought it back in and they tried to make it seem like they were doing me a favor for fixing it again and charged me labor. That same day they left a water pump unplugged in my opinion purposely and attempted to charge me $5k to get it replaced and the turbo rebuilt and wanted to keep my car for 2 weeks. Somehow, they were able to discount it to $3.3k saving me $1.7k after negotiating the price down, but when I took it to the dealership, they plugged it in for $200 and it took them all of 5 mins. They have been giving me the runaround for 2 receipts which only 1 was finally provided, it was incomplete. The other receipt they still will not give me. This is what this business is about. If you value your time, money, and sanity. Do not bring your vehicle to this shop!! Beware!!!!!!"

"My parents took their 1971 Volkswagen Beetle to the Wicked Wrench to be repaired, primarily, the brakes. This was in November 2020. The owners have come up with every excuse possible about the status of nothing being done when my parent called about the progress. Unfortunately, my parents paid first without having the work completed. When my parents went to the garage yesterday, July 27, 2021, and they saw the car with nothing being completed. They’ve paid $10,000 and the car has just sat there. When they saw the car, the tires were off and the brake work had not been finished making the car undrivable. They have requested an itemized list of all repairs and we’re told a story about the computer not working. It has been the biggest bunch of bull the entire time. Do not trust these people! They will rip you off!"
