"Unfortunately, it seems that when you deal with home warranty services, you get the lowest bidder. Not always a bad thing, but... Sometimes the company that your dealt, wants to do the bare minimum to get what the home warranty company pays them. It shows. I had a repair fail the very next day, leading me to believe the problem was misdiagnosed. According to the warranty company, the tech either lied, or misstated the facts of our communication, and I have emails and texts."
