"I recently had an oil change at the location on 54 and have mixed feelings about the experience. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The shop and waiting area were spotless and inviting. I enjoyed receiving a detailed report via text message showing the results of the inspections performed on my vehicle. However, when I got back into my vehicle, the glove box remained on the passenger's side floorboard as they did not reinstall it after checking the cabin air filter. This was not a huge deal, as I am familiar with how to reinstall the glove box. I simply pulled over into the adjoining parking lot and popped it back in, not even mentioning it to the staff. The next day, after my vehicle cooled, I checked the oil to ensure they had installed the proper amount of oil, which they did; however, I noticed the airbox containing the engine air filter was now missing two screws. I know for certain they were present before the oil change as I had recently changed the engine air filter myself, accounting for all the screws. Now I must replace the missing screws. I can appreciate a business being efficient and trying to get you in and out; however, when it becomes sloppy and my vehicle is returned missing parts, it does not leave one very impressed."
