Beachmont Shores

"The best part is the beach...this place is very nice, with high end upgrades. The bedrooms are nice and clean. We stayed for 5 days in the end of June. The unit was great. Lots of beach stuff right there on site to take to the beach. We loved staying here. The water was almost 80 degrees and a beautiful pale blue color. The sand was powder white and cool to touch. I almost felt like I was in Jamaica again. It was so awesome to walk from the beach steps to our room for lunch and then back out to the beach. We rented a paddleboard from down the road and Terry let us keep it onsite.what a fabulous vacation."

"We just came home from our vacation at Beachmont Shores with our two sons, 11 and 13. The units are beautiful and you can't beat the location. The sunsets are gorgeous, great shelling on the sandbar, and dolphins in the late morning. We loved having both beach access and a pool. I was impressed at all the amenities--washer/dryer, pool and beach items, plenty of kitchen items, cable and wifi, etc. There was some noise from the street but it wasn't too bad considering what a busy road it is. I would only make a few minor improvements, but this is only if I were very picky: the two double beds in the back bedroom are pretty hard, and there were no umbrellas at the patio/pool tables. We loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!"

"Good place to stay. Very close to the water and easy to get to the beach. One major drawback of this place though is that you cannot hear the water from your unit during the day. The sound of the street (on the other side of the building) drowns out the sound of the ocean. At night though you can hear the water. The owners/managers of the property live on site and they are nice people to talk to. The only downside is that they make you feel like you're being watched. Don't leave your front door open for too long or they will tell you to close it. Overall good place to stay on vacation."

"We spent spring break here with our 2 daughters. The location is absolutely perfect and we had plenty of space for the 4 of us. The furnishings are very nice - the owners splurged on nice furniture instead of cheap stuff like you find in some rentals. The views of the ocean and sunset can't be topped. We loved the pool, it is heated and a good size. We also made good use of the gas grills, which are on site as well. The manager is on site as well and made it easy when we had questions about the area. Definitely check out the Safeway grocery delivery service, we did and loved it! We brought our dog with us, since the place is pwt friendly but be aware that dogs are not allowed on the beach. We would definitely stay at Beachmont Shores again!"

"Location,Location,Location this condo is directly on the beach and has been fully renovated with tile,stainless and granite a heated pool overlooking the ocean with outdoor kitchen. It is located between Clearwater beach and St. Pete's Beach close to everything but out of the mayhem. The grocery store is 2 miles away and plenty of great restaurants some within walking distance. The owner/manager Terry was more than accommodating and didn't intrude. I would absolutely stay here again and I recommend it to anyone family or couple. Thanks for a great month."
