Anglers Cove Rentals

"Update: This is the third year at Anglers cove #305 and sadly, the last. What a difference a year makes!! If you want a quiet vacation..this is not the place!! There are so many families sharing the rent!! Over crowded pool and hot tub, basically a Petri dish, we let out two grandkids dip in and the came up with two handfuls of sand! They try to keep it clean but the renters that rent here do not care!! I saw a big family come in and NOT rinse their feet!! The condo was surface cleaned….I won’t go into details because the refunded the cleaning fee but let’s just say it probably hadn’t been deep cleaned in a year??? The stove was filthy, when I put something in with foil on top..there was stuff on the foil when I took it out. It didn’t heat to the temperature I set it on and the stovetop the same! We pay so much a week for this these things should be replaced!! In past review, they mentioned the dishwasher was moldy, well that was new…thankfully!! The cleaning is only part of this! The noise was a different story. I KNOW these are rentals but I really feel that there should be rules. The people upstairs had a big family, that’s ok but the noise was horrible!! It sounded like loud thunder morning till night, I even had a BIG bucket of water dropped on me while I was sitting on the balcony trying to enjoy my coffee…it was 7:30AM!!! The people below somewhere…were smoking weed all hours of the day and the smell ruined our balcony time!! I know it’s hard to enforce any kind of smoking but again there should be rules! There are no rules that I’ve seen anyway!! Why did I give it two stars?? The office staff is wonderful!! They are caring and understanding! They have been there the three years we’ve been going there. The office staff is fantastic!! If you need a place for big family reunions… this is the place. Previous review: This is our second year renting at anglers cove, loved it so much we booked it again for next year! We love Redington shores! All the units are individually owned an it does make a difference in which on you choose! We were in a different one last year and we didn’t like it as much as the unit this year, it’s just the comfort of the furniture I guess! Having the office right there makes a difference too. The office staff are very nice and are so helpful! The pool could be bigger for how many families this place holds but we try to avoid it when it’s crowded. Anglers cove is great for big families! Can’t wait for next year!!"

"#305 was the perfect beach front condo! Beautiful view every morning from the balcony, watching dolphins swim by almost every morning. Very clean and comfortable. Loved how all three bedrooms had its own full bath and each bed/bath area was closed off from the rest of the condo for privacy. Tons of closet space in each of the bedrooms as well as a large walk-in closet with beach items available for use. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The beach was beautiful as well as the pool area. We enjoyed every day at both! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anybody looking to stay in this area!"

"The room and space was great, location is amazing. My biggest complaint is with the cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms were really not clean hardly at all. Even the comforter in the master had a sucker stuck to it so you know nothing was washed. Wish it was cleaner."

"Situated right on the Gulf. It’s white sandy beach provided breathtaking views and incredible sunsets. The condominium (Unit 505) faced the beach and was spacious, immaculate and felt like home. The management was friendly and accommodating. I hope to return again soon!"
