"I was initially worried after reading reviews that my 3 kids weren’t going to be able to enjoy themselves at this property, but we had a GREAT experience. Everyone was very nice. Great pool, great beach. Amazing views from the balcony. Would definitely stay again!"

"This place is a joke, it started with security who couldn't understand what we were saying, and was rude and unhelpful from the very start. The other security guards were ok, the last gentleman and woman we had were great. The whole place feels dirty, the water had a Sulphur smell to it, sheets, bedding, and towels had stains, balcony door lock didn't work. This is very much a Retirement Village, you would feel less so in a nursing home. Parking is very tight. The heated pool and hot tub were nice, but beware, it's not kid friendly, people will give you looks if there's any kind of noise. The view was nice, but I definitely wouldn't return or consider purchasing anything in this place."

"Our overall our stay was good. We enjoyed our time on the beach and the amazing views. The beach is not policed by the other residents or property security. Even though the beach and views were amazing the resort itself is the reason for such a low rating. This place was not what it was portrayed as on VRBO and IS NOT KID FRIENDLY. The property is very strict when it comes to guests. Since my husband and I booked the property for around 3 weeks we had planned on having family visit and stay with us during that time, but had to tell family they could not visit, because the property doesn’t allow guests to come and go 1 week at a time even if you’re complying with the 6 guest maximum. We were not provided the lease for the property until after the window for a full refund had passed. The lease mentioned the strictness of the property regarding guests and the rules of the property. Had we been given this lease or information within the lease up front we would have canceled the booking and gotten a full refund. The VRBO listing says kid friendly, so we booked it knowing our 2 nephews were coming. Let me repeat this property IS NOT KID FRIENDLY. There are cameras everywhere and one specifically on the pool to ensure that residents and guests are not jumping into the pool or playing with pool toys. Families were even scolded for playing Marco Polo in the pool. Several families and their children were given citations for their children jumping into the pool and were told if they did it again they would be fined. Do not book unit 3D in the south tower. The property itself was not clean. My husband and I have stayed in hostels in third world countries for cheaper that were cleaner than this property. When we arrived there were spiders throughout the inside of the condo and around the outside of the door to the condo. There were also ants all over the kitchen and guest bathrooms. Within several of the kitchen drawers were small millipede like bugs. When we brought this up to the property owner she said that we must have brought the bugs in with us and had us buy ant traps for their property. There is also mold in the master shower and small black worms in the master shower. There was extremely loud construction on the unit above us during the majority of our stay. We can not change the experience we had, but if you were considering staying here you should probably reconsider unless you’re ages 60+ with no children."

"What a nice place! We stay in a co do with view on the Gulf. On the second floor there is a nice gym with sauna and steam room. There is a library and pool room. The guard at the gate is friendly and helpful. At the back of the building is a nice swimming pool and the beach is only steps away. The water is great and the beach never crowded. Love to come here again!"

"Very nice facilities and right on the beach. Pool for each building is saltwater not chlorine. Parking can be difficult to find. Tray (woman who works in office) is so funny and very efficient."
