"Great experience with R. I talked on the phone first and felt confident enough to travel 45 minutes to use his service. He tested my watch after it had some condensation inside, and he told me exactly what I need to have done and showed me the proof of what he did to validate that (I did not ask but it was cool to see the technology he uses). It was a 15-year-old Tag but I’m completely confident in his work and I will never go to anyone ever again especially the mall, even get a watch battery changed. That (mall) was part of the problem but I digress…. 45 minutes later all was good. We enjoyed pizza at Napoli next door and Sugden Park while we were waiting. Thank you Sir for your professionalism! "Revis is an artisan! I stopped in to have a watch battery replaced, and I asked him about a tennis bracelet for my wife for our 50th anniversary. He offered to custom make one for me at a very reasonable price. Gave it to her at our anniversary celebration in Italy, and she absolutely LOVED it. I couldn’t recommend a business any more enthusiastically than I do this one."
"I just googled this place after go to another where just the face of the business was the reason I left , I went with my son who’s a toddler and makes everything a challenge and they were patient and caring , I was showed the merchandise and everything was explained in a way were no tricks whatsoever I bought 6 items and got my necklace repaired …and let me tell you everything on a nice price gold it’s expensive and a luxury so wherever you you’ll have to pay but good prices and the right treatment says it all .
