"My laptop died . I took it into Naples Computers . They were pleasant and highly professional. They were not hopeful that it could be revived but I left it with them for testing. Within half an hour they called me with bad news . The hard drive had departed this planet . I went back in the next day to pick it up and asked how much I owed for their work. They would not charge me anything. That’s classy and speaks to their integrity. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them highly ."
"A few weeks ago, I was having trouble with a laptop computer. These guys diagnosed the problem and told me how much it would cost to fix. That amount was not in itself excessive, but I decided not to do it because of the age of the computer. They helped me get some data off the machine for a very reasonable cost.
