"We very much enjoyed our 12 person pontoon rental from Happy’s! Very easy to fill out the online waivers and documents needed for our outing. The boat was a bit dirty when we got on, trash was left under the steering wheel storage area from the renters that went out the day before, so that was a bit gross. No one wanted to store anything in there our entire trip. The little cover of the shifter handle in the drivers area kept coming off and we had a slight panic moment when we were out on the water and the boat wouldn’t turn over a few times. We called and text the company and they were very quick to respond and were very helpful with the situation. Our main staff member Landon that was our helper for the day was so kind and provided a lot of additional information on where to take the boat on the water, places he recommended for us to stop, etc. We encountered a couple rain storms and came back to the marina/dock a few times to drop off people and pick up people, we spoke with Landon each time and got to know him a bit and really enjoyed our interactions with him and all the Happys staff members. Thank you Landon for providing us with such excellent service and making our trip a success. I definitely recommend Happys for a pontoon boat rental to go to crab island and to just boat around on the water for the day. The price was very fair and the service was excellent, we had a fun day out on the beautiful emerald waters of Destin. Thank you Happy’s!"
