"I have waited a very long time to make this review, as my credit card company & I had to go through a lengthy dispute in order to get my money back. My husband & I rented a condo in late September to attend a friend’s wedding. To start, the day prior, we were told we were being moved condos due to a maintenance issue. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was very kind, if I could separately give her 5 stars I would as she was great. However, once we got upstairs to our floor, the entire floor had a strange extremely musty smell. I will not claim mold as I didn’t see any, but the smell was terrible. Once we got to our room, the room seemed fine, if not just outdated. I do always check the beds upon arrival no matter where we go, so I did that here, and unfortunately found a bed bug. I know what I’m looking at as I’m a nurse & have taken care of patients with bed bugs before. We checked in around 9pm so unfortunately only security was available & couldn’t help us - so we left immediately to find elsewhere to stay as no one was available to assist us. The next morning I called the property management company to ask for a full refund as we didn’t stay longer than 10 minutes. My concerns were answered with a “the manager is busy on property inspections but he’ll call you back”. Five days went by before I followed up again and was given the same excuse. I ended up having to file a complaint with my credit card company in order for them to investigate the charges. I also had to separately contact the VRBO support for help as well. In 3 conversations with the property management company, I never once spoke with a manager and no one addressed my concerns at all. I was extremely upset with the response, as bed bugs are a severe concern for any future patrons. I cannot stress to you how much I do NOT recommend this company or their property."

"We stayed in a private condo on the west tower. Our room was nicely appointed. Overall, the resort is in need of a little love and updating but still has everything you'd want. The main pool has plenty of seats for our October stay. My wife also enjoyed the coffee bar."

"I am here for an extended stay in Destin, Florida. The staff are excellent at their professions and are very courteous. Security personnel are awesome. seem to enjoy working here. Pros - Pricing is competitive. Staff are friendly. The food is decent. The pool area is stunning. The restaurant/bar/coffee shops have a lot to offer. The location is central to a lot of places to visit. Cons - There is light, superficial damage to the hallway walls. The sides and surface of the bars. A lot of the common area surface areas are not wiped down regularly. The selection of food and drinks could be expanded upon. And there is small damage to sliding doors and door handles."

"My mom, sister and I just left from this pass weekend. We booked thru airbnb, the room was nice and spacious and CLEAN. the pool area is very nice but on our first night and last night we saw HUGE rats running from one bush to the other right in front of us. So other than the rodents this place is very nice."

"For the amount you and service you receive, it's definitely not worth it. No room service, if you are of toilet paper"you have buy your own". You have to wash and dry your own towel even though the dryer barely works. Overall this was my and family 3rd time staying here on the 3 bedroom room but I don't think I will ever be returning here."
