"The condo is totally different than the pics online. It is close to pool and not too far from the beach. You can also take a tram to the beach if he answers the phone. Thin blankets, hard bed. Minimal supplies you need to bring your own supplies. One kitchen towel !! Its pretty quiet and the ac is great because its hotter than heck outside. There is an elevator. Nice balcony just wish it was like the pics. There is washer and dryer in the closet in kitchen but buy your own detergent. Only giving 4 stars because i like the location and feel safe. Only people with a parking pass can get in."
"Awesome, relaxing, amazing stay !! This condo was amazing. Had a beautiful view of the Destin Pass. The sunrise and sun sets were Grade A! The facility was awesome. The condo was fully furnished with everything you need. Just show up, bring your clothes and food and you are ready to hit the beach. Condo had an amazing pool, complete with splash pad, lawn chairs, umbrellas, outdoor showers and restrooms. BBQ grills were available for use as well. My only complaint was the private beach access, beach chairs and umbrella were far away."
"This condo was very clean, comfortable and elegantly decorated. The amenities included such as Beach shuttle, Barbecue grills, Bicycles were just a few perks you do not get in a big hotel setting. When we got there I/we realized how much we needed this getaway. If possible regarding our countries predicament, we'll attempt to go for another seven day visit this year. 204 is our favorite condo. It's our second time staying there."
"Amazing place to stay. We stayed a week and didn't want to leave. Our condo had everything we needed and more. Nice little storage area for each unit outside the door. Awesome beach access. Grounds, pool and grills are kept very neat and clean everyday. We will definitely stay here next year also."
