"Shannon L Quinlan was so gracious and took very good care of us. I ask her to do something special for my friend’s Birthday and she came in with a dozen of roses and mini cakes. How wonderful that was! Walked us to our room and was Someone we could depend on! Hats off to Shannon."
"Don't be fooled by the luxurious exterior photos. This was the most disappointing Club Wyndham property we've ever stayed at. Garage parking was a nightmare. No walk to beach, you must buy a boat ticket. Rude staff. Loud obnoxious drunks. Money hungry tourist traps. We were glad to leave early. Horrible place to bring a family for vacation, I apologized to them over and over and promised, never again will we go to Destin, Florida. NEVER!"
"We loved our stay here. The grounds were very well kept-up and staffed by some very helpful people. Can't beat the convenience of having the Harborwalk right outside the building. Also enjoyed the pool and other amenities."
"We come here every year usually between October and November. We have always been greeted by Andrew who is always happy, on time and a pleasant person to be around. I couldn’t ask for a better bellman!!!! I gave four stars this year because 1. The furniture needs to be updated. It was a lot of pieces in the condo that needed to be replaced like patio furniture, bed frames and sofa. It’s not comfortable if you can feel the coils. 2. I believe that the sheets and comforters should be washed by your housekeeping staff not your guests. We stay on average 6-7 days and it’s highly unusual that housekeeping will wash/exchange the towels but not the sheets. Please change this policy. We appreciate the maintenance guy who had to replace the washer in our unit due to it not draining properly the day before thanksgiving. He was extremely dedicated to make sure we had a washer working before he left. Thank you!!! Nevertheless, we had a good time with our family and friends who stayed with us for thanksgiving week."
