"Terrible arrived in time for check in unit was not ready then we was given a horrible view asked to move floors and someone would contact us nobody never called we had to drive back over to get anything expedited we requested a refund for the remainder of the nights and we was told no we ended up leaving going to a hotel. This place is not all what it is cracked up to be. Please do not believe the reviews it is all a lie and the owners are making all the good reviews BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS!!!!!"
"The condo we stayed in was emaculate with a great view. (14floor) It's a nice community overall. Beach was not too overcrowded in our area. Of course less crowds are better. Water was beautiful emerald with white sands and not to hot. Great place over all AAA rating"

"My family and I have stayed at Westwinds multiple times and absolutely love it. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The pool is huge and there is a large water feature with a waterfall. If you chose a unit on the east side of the building, you can hear the waterfall from your balcony. If you chose to stay an one of the upper floors, do not worry, you can still hear the waterfall. We highly recommend finding a unit that has a golf cart. Once you do, you will never stay in a unit without one. It is possible, to park your car for the week and do all of your travels on the golf cart avoiding traffic and loading kids in and out of a hot vehicle. You will also have access to Baytown Warf, the grocery store and many local restaurants directly across Hwy98. This is all easily accessible via cart path and a tunnel that runs under Highway 98."
