She is elderly on a fixed income shame on them! "Terrible experience. Was told the service call amount up front and that labor and parts would be extra for a leaky toilet. When he came out suddenly it was going to be over $900!? I agreed because it was affecting my water bill so I wanted it taken care of right away. The plumber was there a total of about 2-2 1/2 hours including going out to get the part! Will never use them again."
