"Terry and Steve were fantastic ! I have been in Ocoee 2 years now and have not been able to find a trustworthy plumbing company. But now I won’t use anyone else but A. Plumber and Associates. We had a high water bill and called out a leak detector who couldn’t find it. I ended up calling Terry and Steve and they put us in touch with a more reputable leak detector who found it right away and then Steve was able to fix our problem in less than an hour. They are very thorough and very reasonably priced. Like I said before, I won’t use anyone else now !"

"I was recently advised by a large plumbing company that I had a slab leak and my only real option was to repipe the house. I was eager for a 2nd opinion before such a costly pursuit. I called A Plumber & Associates and spoke with Terry. I love it when you can actually talk to one of the main people. He said we should really locate the leak first (something I paid the other company to do but they never did saying it would be quite difficult). He recommended American Leak Detection (with whom he has no affiliation but has had several positive experiences) and then for us to discuss their findings before deciding on next steps. Right from the start he was more concerned about pursuing my interests than making a sale for himself. He didn't insist on making a house visit and doing an inspection. I got American Leak Detection to come out the next day and within a short while, they had found the leak and it wasn't a slab leak - it was a slow, silent leak in one of our toilets. I appreciated Terry's honesty and desire to help. He's my go to guy for any plumbing need moving forward!"
