"Had my car done by them before and they did a wonderful job so I brought my new car in to get the motor mounts checked out and they’re trying to overcharge me. Couple days after I brought it in my car had trouble starting and I found a disconnected wire from the starter and 2 of the spark plugs were loose. Sabotaging my vehicle so I have to come back and give him my money…interesting"
"Talking about looking for a Needle in a Hay Stack... I'm Glad to say, that I found the needle. I have a Diesel Engine in my vehicle, and I rely on that vehicle for my business, and let me tell you... Mechanics are hard to come by when it come to Diesel. There is a saying, don't Judge the Book by its Cover, well this is a Good Book. I went to the Shop and spoke with Chris about my situation, he said he will check the vehicle out. I dropped the vehicle off on Wednesday, he did say he was a little behind with vehicles, and said that is understandable... I dropped off the vehicle and on the following Tuesday I got the call saying he found the problem, Went and got it picked up Wednesday. Vehicle is running great. Thank you Chris for your honesty and Good Work... Winter Garden Karate"
"Shady shop took my car in to have a ball joint replaced brakes and an alignment then they called and told me my CV axle was bad so I approved that to get that installed and it was never done and I have grease all over the back of my wheel and suspension now come to find out they gave a sloppy half a**ed alignment which blew through my brand new set of tires leaving me stranded DO NOT GIVE CRM YOUR BUSINESS"
"Highly recommend! Took my 2002 Highlander in for a check engine light after I was quoted by another mechanic $250 for an Evap leak. CRM found a loose hose, put it back on, and only charged me $40 for the inspection. Check engine light is off and vehicle is running great! Customer service was great. We need more honest mechanics like these!"

I've definitely found one! CRM took care of a steering and alignment problem quickly and at a fair price. The entire experience, from check-in to picking up the vehicle, was a pleasure.
