"Do not book this place. Owner has a no face and does not show up after making a double booking.They double book for Christmas. In the process of filing charges and file a law suit. Total lack of responsibility. They did not show up in the property and refused to give names and responsible persons. Neither the owner nor the manager took the minimum time to discuss the matter. The refund policy is false. They make money out of any opportunity specially during high season and Covid time. DO NOT BOOK this place under any circumstances."

"Very convenient location. One can walk to many places from here , including the beach. Kitchen is sparce, so you might have to purchase items if you eat in the unit. We purchased plates, cups, napkins, and other needed items. Coffee maker was broken, but we were able to borrow from other friends. We eventually got staff to bring us another one. Since there is no dishwasher, you will be washing all items all the time. Furnishings are very minimal,but adequate. Beds take some time to get used to. In general furniture is very worn and uncomfortable. My back hurt every morning from the poor quality of the bed. Ear plugs help to lessen the noise at night from parking lot and other guests. Pool area was very nice as well as clean."

"Beach Haus is a stylish, clean, modern and perfectly located near the beach and local restaurants and conveniences. The best part is Elizabeth, the property manager, and her crew. She welcoming and very accommodating. She is available for every question or issue you may have, even if it has nothing to do with your stay at Beach Haus. You can tell she loves her job because she is so good at keeping everthing running smoothly and making sure everyone is happy! She is always quick to respond and open to giving out her number…beyond available! Elizabeth needs a raise! I’ve enjoyed my stay so much that I may never leave! Whether you get to stay a couple nights or a couple of months, I think you’ll find that Beach Haus is a slice of heaven on what is truly a island paradise, Key Biscayne."
