"Multiple broken things, no dishwasher. Not maintained well. Blinds duct taped. Dirty water. Rental person was rude. We have been coming to venture out for years, never again."

"Neat spot to stay all the amenities you could want but was so big that it lost the camp ground vibe I love. tons of rules and not pet friendly. It’s a mix of houses and rvs and it seems like the full times barely tolerate the Rvers just an observation. As I said it’s an incredible property just not for me."

"Great location. Been here twice in RV. Sites vary in size and shape. Some have different seating arrangements. We've stayed by the main channel both times. If your site has a ladder, it's an easy swim to the seagrass bed across the way. We are in at least 12 feet of water at hight tide, probably closer to 15', and it drops off even more not far out. There's various jetsam and things to look at under water right by the site. Big fish hang out. Staff is Very professional. Security guard who directed us to our campsite was courteous and accommodating. Everyone we've seen at the gatehouse has smiled and waved to us. They take their jobs seriously, which is reassuring. There are a lot of people here so it is important everyone follows the rules. Check their website for details. Campground speed limit 10mph including bikes and scooters. Swimming pool shallow ends might be a little too deep for kindergarteners. We have not made much use of the amenities here but it is nice knowing they have them. Bath houses have laundry facilities for RVers. No coins, app pay. You can just make out the Milky Way at night here. Verizon and T-Mobile both get 5 bars reception. Can't speak for the wifi (2Mbps?), we bring Starlink. Recycling is available. Water out of the bib is warm, which was nice in November."
