"The worst customer service experience I have ever had. No true to their values at all!!! On time every time (Got here 2 hours later the first time & 1:15 without their supervisor the second time), Committed to meeting and exceeding your expectations( twice to home depot to look for pieces/ parts they did not bring, after almost 5 hours, including 2 they were driving around they had to comeback next day to finish the job due to a tool they did not have) 100% customer satisfaction guarantee( not satisfied at all), We strive for customer satisfaction (this is the worst part, their manager, Ivet, did not accept their mistakes, did not assume responsibility, did not listen at all & understand their customers. Careless & of course a second after they were done I received a call to collect for their wonderful services. I Do not recommend this company at all."

"I contacted Lion Plumbing after receiving an exorbitant water bill. They immediately made an appointment with me and after checking my property determined that I had an underground leak. They gave me an estimate with two options: one for replacing the main line and the other one for locating and fixing the leak. At no point did they push me to do the most expensive one. I hired them for the job and I have been more than satisfied with them. They were always on time, did everything they agreed to from getting the corresponding permits to finishing the job on time. Everybody from the office staff, Jocelyn and Ivet, to the workers were extremely courteous and professional in addition to being very knowledgeable of their business. I highly recommend Lion Plumbing as I am sure you will be as satisfied as I have been with their services. I give them a 5 star ++++"
