"Took my 14000 mile Rouge for service, it needed a new radio steering wheel control replaced since it was not working well, also an oil change was due, they said that I had to leave the car for it to be repaired, 3 days later I went back to pick it up and it still was not repaired since they did not even had the replacement part in the first place, my car was very clean before leaving it there, but when I went to pick it up it was nasty full of dust and dirt, also whoever changed the oil spilled all over the top of the engine, as I was driving home I had smoke coming out of the hood and had to stop in the middle of the Palmetto expressway thinking the engine had blown up or something worse, a service advisor called 3 days later saying they were very sorry for the bad service. 4 weeks have passed now and I still haven't heard from service about the replacement part. I will not take any of my Nissan cars there ever again!!"

"Run from this place this is horrible customer services and dishonest practices. The service here is high way robbery. Do yourself a favor and run from this place and take your car somewhere else. Horrible customer service and they don’t fix your car well so you have to come back with the same problem. I wish I knew this before I came here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place the service stinks here run. If I could give lower than one star I would do so because it doesn’t deserve not even one star."
