"My parents are owners of a Toyota and under warranty have oil changes included. However to schedule this free service, they were transferred on the phone, and then hung up on several times. Then when they call back again, it was sent to voicemail and the call was not returned. Two weeks later they call to try and schedule service and Can never get anyone to help them. Would not recommend this service to anyone looking to purchase with these benefits."
"Had my hood latch fail on a Saturday. With no appointment I was able drive up and they were able to help out. They needed to order a part for my older car, and when it arrived they were able to install it in 15 minutes. This let me drive home when planned. So helpful."
