"I was shopping for new tires for black Friday deals and decided to check out what Tires Plus had to offer. Last time I was here about 3 or 4 yrs ago I had the worst experience but Lincoln the associate working there was very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. The day I got the 4 tires I was not able to make it so I went early next morning. The associate that was there was also very helpful, took my number and had Lincoln call me to come in at 10am. I was on my way but Lincoln actually called me so very impressed with the follow up! This time the experience was awesome and Lincoln's impresive costumer service got Tires Plus a costumer back. I also got new breaks, rotor and calipers and in a different place and they were making a squeaking noise. Lincoln also checked them out and assured me there was nothing wrong with them. Best thing also, after getting the new tires squeaking noise was gone!"
