"They are very courteous and efficient. However they push the more expensive synthetic oil and lie about the life span of oils. They claim that synthetic oil needs to be changed every 5,000 miles and regular oil every 3,000 miles. According to AAA, those life spans are 15,000 and 5,000 miles respectively."

"I’ve been bringing my cars for over 15 years but on Friday November 10, 2023 I passed by because my SUV kept saying it needed air and it happened it had a nail puncture and the entire tire needed to be changed. Service advisor also Store Manager Alexis which is the gentleman who always take care of all 3 of my vehicles made the order on Thursday and on Friday they did the change. It took them about 1 hour to have it ready. Unfortunately at the time I picked up my vehicle I noticed the whole rim was COMPLETELY SCRATCHED when they took the rim out of the tire. Alexis & Technician Jose Maria tried to convince me it was dirty and them by simply cleaning it; it will be fine. I told them to double check and show me the inner side of the rim. THE ENTIRE RIM WAS COMPLETELY SCRATCHED! I will be taking it back this Friday November 17, 2023 for them to try to fix it. BE CAREFUL when you bring your vehicle check everything before and after! This is the first time after 15 years but who knows if it has happened before. Let’s see if they actually fix their mistake!"

"Went in today 4/7 for my wheel lifetime alignment service. Very busy day, advisor Roberto told me it would take 2.5-3 hours, I dropped off the car. Came back to pick it up, Roberto told me no major issues, no selling extra services etc , very good experience"

"This is modest firestone outlet. Have been here several times, the staffs are good, but I dont like the mechanical works done here. I had some brake problems in my car and they charged me more than $600 to do that, however, it started doing the same problem in a week. Anyway it comes with one year warranty so they did it again. But waste your time doing several things again and again. Also does not do any comprehensive doagonistic analysis on the car before giving maintenance suggestion. I am not sure if its overall Firestone isssue os just this place. I may need to find other car maintenance compnay i guess...."
