"3/5/22 This an outstanding condo. This was our second year staying here and it has gotten even better; all the appliances have been updated including now having a full size washer and dryer. Ruth makes sure that everything is in perfect condition. A wonderful place to stay directly on the beach. The Vanderbilt Beach area has easy access to many restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment. We will be returning next year. Thank you Ruth for sharing your place with us. Linda & Joe"

"We stayed at this wonderful condo during February of 2021. It is truly an outstanding place. Everything in the unit is top shelf with outstanding direct beachfront views and access. Ruth is very helpful in the renting process and has stocked the condo with anything that you might need. "Location, location, location! Easy access to the beach and it was never crowded even though we were there during the high season. Lanai is very spacious with spectacular sunset views. Ruth is a total pleasure to deal with and she has thought of everything you could possibly need or want. The bathroom renovations were very well done and the condo is tastefully furnished but comfortable. The photos are very accurate. We loved every minute of our month in this beautiful condo!"

"We had a fantastic stay at Ruth’s beautiful condo. It is even better than the photos. We loved being 30 seconds from inside in the condo to swimming in the ocean, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night. The beach is never crowded and there are plenty of beach chairs and towels in the condo. The unit is tastefully decorated and intelligently laid out, so even with 5 of us working on laptops we all had plenty of space. You simply can’t be closer to the ocean. Ruth is an attentive host and always available to help with anything. We would love to return!"

"Spent 3 great weeks at this terrific condo. The owner was great to work with and responsive to all our questions. It has a great location on Vanderbilt beach. The building has easy parking which made it very convenient for our stay in Naples. The beach was never crowded and the pool was enjoyable to use. The unit itself was very clean and well equipped. She really thought of everything you need to enjoy your stay. The beautiful new bathrooms were an added plus. The best part was the incredible view at sunset!"
