"We are extremely satisfied with the service received from Kieran and his team. They have managed our home for over 2 years now. We couldn't go out for the first 18 months he was managing our home but when we did we found our home had continued to be kept to a high standard in our absence. Kieran is prompt to go or send someone out to sort any issues our guests may have during their stay with guests commenting about this in their reviews as even minor issues are often dealt with inside 24 hours. He is always willing to discuss ways to improve our home and is great to work with to get the best from our rental. Their charges for things on our home are fair and the new software system means billing is timely and is a better, more integrated system. We would definitely recommend Kieran and his team as we have found them to be trustworthy, friendly and excellent to work with."
"We have just returned from a holiday in our home in Kissimmee which United Vacation Homes manage on our behalf. We remain very happy at the manner in which our home is looked after, and thank Kieran and his team for this, together with his input into what amendments / additions we should make to our property to maximise occupancy / rental income. We are also very pleased that monthly statements are now sent out in a very timely manner - personnel issues during COVID-19 impacted on this, but matters are now back to normal. Thanks again, and we look forward to seeing you again next year."
