"This place has some of the worst customer support I’ve ever experienced. We stayed in one of their homes one night only and got out of there as fast as we could. First of all, after numerous calls, we finally get our check in information 30 MINUTES before check in. When we check in, there are numerous issues with the home, cleanliness issues, pool is broken, outside is very junky. But all these issues aside, you can’t ever get ahold of anyone at this place!! We called and called and all we were told is we would receive a call back from someone who could help us. After 24 hours with no communication we left. There was zero attempt on their part to make this right. After sending videos and pictures of the damage to the home, the cleanliness issues (hair everywhere) they basically called us liars. Stay far away from this place if you’d like a pleasant vacation experience. To respond to your reply-we stayed 24 hours not 12 and never heard anything from anyone. Also the pool was broken and smelled of smoke. Jets in the hot tub did not work and the pool wasn’t any warmer 24 hours after check in. I’ll attach photos this time since you don’t think anything was broken. The rest of the evidence I have, such as the broken pool enclosure, is in video form which I’ve already emailed to you and you ignored. Also you did NOT refund our night. You refused. I had to get Airbnb involved. This was truly an atrocious experience. Moving airbnbs during our short vacation time was a huge pain. But you all left us no choice because of the absolute lack of respect for your customers. It shouldn’t take over 24 hours to return a phone call. Also I gave you all the opportunity to correct this BEFORE I wrote any reviews. But you refused."

"We stayed in an Alpha Vacation house August 2021. It was the absolute worst experience I've ever had renting any sort of getaway abode. Dirty linens, dirty showers, dirty shower curtains, TVs that don't work (one didn't have a remote), pool so dirty that we didn't get the chance to use it (that's a whole saga), broken coffee pot that the management company tried to charge us for, dirty grill that we had to clean before using, patio not set up. The pool was the most disappointing of all. Each day of our 3 day stay we were told that it would be cleaned. First day a treatment was applied. It didn't help. No one arrived after that. All of that money spent and we didn't get the chance to enjoy the pool AT ALL. The management tried to charge us for a coffee pot that was already broken amongst other things that we'd already complained about during our stay. Money hungry and quality-deficient. I'd steer clear from this agency. Although there are good reviews, you never know what you're going to get."

"The house was wonderful, but the "service" from Wanda at Alpha Vacations was horrendous. We did not get our door code until 3:43 p.m. on the day when we had a 4:00 p.m. check-in, and that was after 48 hours of constant calling and leaving messages that weren't returned. When I finally talked to Wanda, she just laughed it off as though it were no big deal that my entire party had been stressed for two days and exploring hotel options in case she never sent us the door code. VRBO said I should only use their site to rent directly from the owners and thus avoid "management" companies like Alpha Vacations, so I will obviously be doing that in the future."

"To anyone looking for a management company for STR's in Orlando or looking for a quality home to rent for a holiday - look no further. We purchased our very first home in Florida at the end of 2019 and were looking for a reputable management company to run it for us as we are based in the UK. We were recommended Alpha Vacations and have never looked back. All went well for the first few months then the pandemic struck and the holiday trade plummeted, and as first time STR owners we were worried - but we needn't have. Thanks to Deep Shah and his team at Alpha Vacations we have had a steady stream of QUALITY renters, they vet and reference all our guests so we can rest assured that our home is not being used as a party house and will be looked after as we would ourselves. When things go wrong, which they do with any home, Alpha Vacations are always quick to react and find us the best possible solution to resolve the issue. From our first meeting with Deep we knew we had made the right decision, we were not looking for a large faceless management company to look after our home, we were looking for a company we could approach and discuss things openly and would have our interests, as well as our guests interest at heart. "I have a rental property that is currently being managed by Alpha Vacation Management, and I can't say enough good things about this company. The communication and service are outstanding. Whenever an issue arises, it is handled promptly. All of my guests have been very happy and pleased with their stays. Alpha is trustworthy and honest, and they do what they say they are going to do. I never have to worry about anything because I know my home is in good hands. I've gone through three other management companies, and none of them compare to Alpha. I highly recommend using them."
