"I will not I repeat will not recommend this to nobody I stayed at 1150 Cypress pointe in Davenport Florida. Upon arriving at 1100 p.m. from a long trip from Atlanta there was no phone service to contact the host to gain access into the house. When we finally gained access the carpet was dirty the upstairs furniture was tore up and the vent hanging from the ceiling I took pictures of all damages. The next morning when leaving for an outing we noticed the garage door was previously damaged we immediately took pictures. The host got mad that we sent the photos and tried to blame us for the garage door. The host was very rude calling me a liar and having neighbors come checking up on my family while in the pool. Do not stay here once again Do not stay here"

"If there was a way to give negative stars, I would give it. The experience was terrible right from the beginning; I had to chase them to pay, chase them for confirmation of booking and chase them for final details. The day before I followed up to ensure everything was set and when we arrived, things were not as we had paid for. I again chased them for 2 days to get things fixed and when I asked repeatedly for 3 days of pool heat to be refunded (this was one of the things that was not ready), I've never heard back since. They are either completely useless or have absolutely no integrity or a combination of both, but I would use a more reputable rental company when booking a home."
