"The community is amazing with all the modern design and amenities. The office staff is very polite and knowledgeable with a top notch costumer service. The maintenance staff is dedicated and professional. I will rate my experience a 10 star but is sad that is only 5 star rating. Great place to live. I love Integra Heights."

"BEWARE OF MICE/RODENTS!! Two mice have been found in my apartment and management hasn’t done much to solve the situation. The management’s idea of pest control is adding sticky traps to the apartment. To start: my house is clean, I do not leave dishes overnight and I don’t leave food out. I found a mouse in my closet (it touched my foot) and called the after hours number and they put in a work order for Massey to come by (which was only fulfilled 2 days later on monday since it’s the only day Massey comes around). We had to sleep at family’s house (days we paid our rent for) and when we came back, there was mouse poop and pee on the couch, cabinets, pantry floor, oven drawer (where we kept COOKING pans), closet floor, etc. The clothes in our hamper had short fur all over them (we do not have pets). Our towels were chewed by the mice. We talked to management but their idea of pest control (which we pay for monthly) is to make residents wait until the following monday (the only day that Massey comes by) and add sticky traps to your apartment. Nothing else was done (not even a repellent spray), meaning there is no remedy on the situation other than the mouse walking into the trap. We had to wait for 2 days for Massey to come by and add two sticky traps in the apartment. We cleaned the droppings and they kept coming back. After more than a week living in terror of catching a disease, a mouse was caught in a sticky trap. However, we kept finding new mouse droppings around the house. Management kept being very nonchalant about the situation, and we basically lived waiting for the next monday to come around so massey could come by to add a new trap. Because of all the problems we were going through in the unit (a few other unrelated things which I will spare from mentioning) we asked a few times to move units/building but were not given that option. After a few mondays go by and a new trap is put in, another mouse was caught. Unfortunately for us and the mouse, it was caught at night. Since it was outside of their office hours, the mouse is left stuck on the trap, suffering, overnight until the next morning when maintenance comes by. The mouse squealed and suffered all night until the trap was picked up the following morning. We still kept finding new mouse droppings. After telling management (a few times) that simply adding sticky traps is not enough to solve the issue, they said they were going to order repellent pouches (which they never went out of their way to bring us any, even though they well aware that we have a rodent problem). They eventually added pest control boxes OUTSIDE of the buildings (which didn’t solve anything, no treatment for the inside was provided). The monday after the second mouse was found, they simply didn’t add us to the list for Massey to come by (even though we said we wanted Massey to keep coming because the issue was clearly not resolved) and they haven’t been here since. Management never followed up (even though we told them we still kept finding poop), and never went out of their way to give us any repellent pouches (not that it would do that much). Two months later, I still find mouse droppings and fur around the house, I am wary of sitting on my own couch and I live in fear of catching disease transmitted by mouse droppings. Residents who pay for rent and pest control should not be obligated to live with mice, be at risk of catching diseases, and have to rebuy items that were chewed up. If you consider moving here, be aware that you might have rodent problems, and management will not provide any serious treatments or extermination! The “best” they can do is a sticky trap and a box outside the building (only after you complain a lot). Management also won’t care much and will excuse it by stating that the mice’s habitat was taken away, and while that might be true, it does not excuse their lack of interest in a very serious issue happening in their properly with very real potential health risks, and it most definitely does NOT excuse their lack of preparedness for this situation."

"The leasing staff has been great. Very nice amenities. I had a great moving experience probably could use a bit more landscaping like tress or some sort of barrier from the main road but other than that a great place to call home."

"I read the review by Adrianna re the bugs ! I could NEVER deal with that. I am on first floor and I have had no big bug issue - a few of those long crawling ones. I have been here a month and the maintenance team is absolutely wonderful. Always willing to help The apartment is lovely and grounds are well kept. My only complaint would be why the dog park area is in total sun. My dog can’t do the heat there with very little shade Also only two dog waste stations. One on west side of my building and one in dog park. I would have one on east side also All in all this is a nice place to live"

"Pros: This place is absolutely beautiful and has so much potential. I loved that the game room was open 24/7 and the pool was open till 10pm unlike other apts in the area. I also loved that I was able to have a 1 bedroom apt on a 3rd floor which was also rare. Cons: The PESTS and issues with hot water. I experienced a fire ant infestation within the first 24hrs and woke up with bites all over me. Then dealt with wolf spiders that had been eating the ants. Then bugs started coming in through the HVAC closet (which is oddly locked). Last but not least, constant cockroaches both nymphs and adults daily. (inside my apt and in the hallways.) I was contacting Peyton, Jamie, and Corina almost daily in attempts to remedy the situation. I also put down diatomaceous earth to mitigate the bugs entering. I ended up buying a camera as no one would notify me when they would come into my apt. I then observed the pest control (Massey) would simply walk around and set up glue traps. No one from Integra would go with them to open the closet and ensure that any entry points for bugs were sprayed and sealed. I also did not have hot water at all. Despite the maintenance coming out multiple times, The water would still only go up to cool warm. I would be shivering while showering at night. After 30 days, I left thanks to the 30 day satisfaction guarantee. On my final day, I went to return my key fob to the front desk (as my door lock never worked with my phone so they had provided a fob) and Mackenzie was very condescending and even rolled her eyes when I mentioned that I was still getting roaches so would be aware for the next tenant. Mind you in all of this terrible experience, I not once was rude to any of the staff. I was exceedingly understanding and patient. Peyton attempted to remedy the situation by refunding my deposit and remaining rent that I had paid. And per my inquiry he comped my water bill for that month."
