"Clean but lots of broken stuff. The house was well furnished and clean, however there were lots of small broken things which caused a bit of inconvenience. Here is a list of issues: - hairdryer didn't work - blinds would not open / were broken - sinks flooded while dishwasher was running - plug outlets in washrooms didn't work - missing plug in bathroom (so could not fill bath) - plug broken in master bath sink - dishwasher rack wouldn't open - table lamp in one room missing bulb these all seem like issues that could be fixed in one afternoon. In light of these things we probably would not book here again."

"Awesome service Everyone we spoke with was knowledgeable and helped us quickly and were so accommodating and on top of our entire stay to make sure we had the best experience so much so that we stayed an extra night so to all the individuals that we had the pleasure of speaking with who helped us with our needs my family and would like to thank you all."

"Place was infested with cockroaches. Specifically oriental roaches. These things were huge. The roach feces were in kitchen drawers and on plates, in cups, in drawers in the bedrooms, under the bed sheets. Linen in the closets and on beds were damp. The kids bedroom linens were stains and not even clean. Staff refused to refund our room. I fished out our additional travel money to buy rooms at the Marriott in Orlando near Disney. Vacation was disrupted, chaotic, and ruined by these people. Not to mention the health hazard they subjected us to without any consideration. Very disrespectful."
