"We were cheated. We spent thousands of dollars to stay at one of these homes that should of had a bowling alley. My entire familys reasoning of booking this place was thr private bowling! My 10 year old daughter even brought her own bowling ball she had custom made for her birthday. If we would have been told there was no bowling alley we would have never even considered this our vacation destination. We've tried reaching out to the owner Emmanuel Mohammed and sent him multiple messages just asking for a reasonable refund to make up for the misleading information and false advertising we were led to believe. He will not respond to phone calls or messages. How can a human do this to a family? As parents we worked so hard to save this money for a vacation for our kids to enjoy and have a blast, all to find out the main reason our kids were excited was taken from them. Do you know how horrible I feel as a parent. How cheated we feel. Especially to be treated with NO respect with not even a response from the owner! Because he knows he is in the wrongful doing. Not even a sorry or any explanation. He has totally blown us off trying to avoid the situation. So just a warning to anyone booking these homes, if nothing is as advertised don't expect a partial refund or even a sorry or even a response. Just be prepared to fully go the legal way like we are being forced to."

"We were lucky enough to stay at the Hollywood House. The house is completely over the top in the best way possible. The innovation and imagination that went into this house is incredible. There was something new to discover around every corner. The rooms and touches that went into them was something I’ve never seen before. Every door you open played a song to match the room’s theme. Emmanuel and his team went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we could possibly need. Any weird request we had was fulfilled immediately and the team was beyond friendly and accommodating. My friends and family stayed busy from the second we got there until we left. There was something for all ages to enjoy. The favorites amongst the kids were the water slide, bowling alley and arcade. The adults spent most of their time in the lazy river. We can’t thank you enough & we made best memories at this house. I’m not sure we will ever top it!"

"We had a wonderful time staying in the beautiful Safari House- welcome to the jungle! The house had all the entertainment you need- bowling alley, movie theater, game room and a beautiful pool and jacuzzi with plenty of space to entertainment. Every room had its own unique decor and definitely spacious enough to spread throughout the house. If you are ever in the Orlando area and looking for space to accommodate 20 + people, this is the definitely the house for you! Awesome, awesome, awesome!"

"The home was sooooo beautiful!!! Everything that was in the pictures or described in this home Via description was observed and presented above and beyond! The bowling alley was amazing! The game room was amazing! Me and my family had movie night in the theater room and loved the surround sounds! This house was unbelievably beautiful and fantastic! I never in my life got introduced to an Airbnb host and Emmanuel made himself available at anytime and was accommodating! He came to the home and introduced himself and was so nice and caring and loving! His customer service was excellent! He smiled from the moment he answered the phone to the moment he shook my hand! Thank you so much Emmanuel for an amazing home that me and my family could enjoy an amazing weekend! ❤️"
