"My wife and I purchased the Sunny Isle model in March at Simple Life and Simple Life had it built for us. We moved in almost 3 months ago and have been extremely impressed with the management team at Simple Life and Lee Woods construction (the builder of all of the Simple Life homes). Our punch list after the move in has been handled both professionally and timely through the 2-10 warranty program. We love and appreciate all of our neighbors here at Simple Life and feel extremely safe and comfortable here. We are currently expecting and look forward to raising our child here in this wonderful community. I agree that the monthly fees are higher than in The Villages, however; Its worth it for the extra privacy and fabulous green space behind our home on the water. We highly recommend a visit if you are considering purchasing a home in the area. The Simple Life community is a great option to those wanting to live in Central Florida."

The back porch has become my favorite spot, providing the perfect vantage point for watching the spectacular sunset every evening. It's a ritual I cherish, especially with my small pup, Toby, by my side. The community is teeming with wildlife, and every day, a variety of birds grace my yard, creating a harmonious natural symphony. The ambiance is truly magical, making me feel connected to nature. One of the unique aspects of Simple Life Lakeshore is the perfect balance it strikes between rural beauty and urban convenience. While I revel in the quiet and rural charm, I'm just a short distance away from shopping, restaurants, and all essential amenities. It's the best of both worlds! Safety is also a top priority for me, and Simple Life Lakeshore provides a secure and peaceful environment that allows me to enjoy the tranquility without any worries. There are many wonderful spaces throughout the community and one of my favorites is a beautifully set up meditation space. Under the sprawling branches of a majestic oak tree, there's a long swing and a soothing fountain surrounded by eight Adirondack chairs. It's the perfect spot for quiet reflection and relaxation. I can't help but share some snapshots of the mesmerizing sunset from my back porch and the enchanting meditation space under the starlit sky. "I bought a home at Lakeshore two years ago. My primary reasons for buying here were the sense of community — everyone knows each other and is super friendly — and the peaceful and breathtaking natural beauty here. My screened-in front porch is my art studio where I spend most of my time and enjoy talking to neighbors all day long walking by for exercise or walking their dogs. Further, as an insomniac, I often go for walks in the middle of the night and feel totally safe in this gated and lighted community where everyone knows each other. The location in Central Florida near tons of bike trails, natural springs, manatees, winding country roads, farmers markets, wineries/vineyards and live music 365 nights a year (just a few minutes away in The Villages) makes for a super active, healthy and fun lifestyle. "Villages offer so much more for under $200 per month. Monthly fees at simple life are ridiculous. Shipping container like homes are a cute concept but WAY to expensive. Glad my daughter didn’t move there especially after seeing that it isn’t safe for women! Wildwood is just too close by. I wouldn’t recommend Simple Life to an enemy. Villages are the way to go!"

"I have lived here just short of two years. The community is located on a wildlife preserve/lake. The walking trails and property are like leaving the busy world behind. This is a gated community. I have never felt safer. I know all of my neighbors, and we look out for each other. If you want to have fun or just relax, this is the perfect place to live. The sunsets are spectacular!"
