"My wife and I rented with Journey USA to experience and explore our options as we get into retirement. My wife and I had never camped, glamped, or RV'd in our lives. This was a get our feet wet moment. Upon making our reservation a month in advance. I spoke to the owner who advised that the unit we rented was for sale and could be sold by the time we took our trip. We understood when booking the unit we selected might not be available. A few days before our trip we learned that the unit was not available due to A/C issues. The owner put us in a comparable RV for the trip. The day of pickup, the RV we received was not pristine but a nice coach none the less. It did have issues with faucets and the leveling jacks did not work. As our planned trip included visits to two parks, Journey did have another unit that could be ready to swap after being prepped. We swapped coaches when we traveled to our second destination. The unit was immaculate and very functional for the second half of our trip. Communication with the staff at Journey USA was excellent, emails, phone calls, and texts were all responded to. The information the staff provided was very much appreciated and they made our experience very helpful and insightful. When we returned the unit, the office was closed on the day we chose to return it. The office manager texted with the gate code and instructions on how to secure the coach. We dropped it off and received an email from Journey the following business day. We would recommend this company to anyone thinking about renting an RV in the future."

The Journey RV team was there for us the whole way and helped us work through some mechanical water pump/generator issues that popped up on our rig. They even had a mobile mechanic meet us at our destination to fix the issues. Highly recommend! We would definitely rent from Journey again."

"My family rented from them for a long Western US road trip this summer! Over 2 weeks long, Chevy Chase would be proud!! The RV was a roomy and modern 29' thor class C with all the bells and whistles. Their service and customer support was/is fantastic. They answered any questions we had and were very thorough with the instructions on operating the vehicle. It was a vacation to remember and it was definitely the way to go to travel cross country and really enjoy the views. We have so many breathtaking pictures and memories for our family and that's the real souvenir!! We Will see you guys for our next roadtrip!"
