"All of us, at one time or another, have to take risks. We have to make choices and we're never completely sure that we're making the right choice. Some of us do more or less due diligence. We research. We investigate. Ask questions. Search the Interwebs! Still, no matter how clever we are and how much time we devote to ensuring we make the right and best choice, things don't always pan out. This is all to say that I did do a reasonable amount of checking on Premis Realty before engaging them to manage a residential property. But you never know. Well, guess what? Now I do know. They have exceeded my expectations. These are professionals with the hightest level of core competencies, efficiency, communication (it's always about communcation) and even good humor. These are good people who do a great job. I cannot recommend them highly enough and no, I am not related to any of them nor am I being paid. There was though a suggestion that there might be a Hershey's Kiss with my name on it in their office if I stop by. I may or may not, you definitely should. Hire them and thank me later."

"I am writing to express my profound disappointment with PremisRealty. This is an atrocious company that offers abysmal service. In particular, I want to mention the completely unacceptable behaviour of Glenn, Todd, and Paul, who are all part of the PremisRealty team. Despite repeated attempts to address my issues, none of them has lifted a finger to resolve the problems. My home, which is under their management, is literally falling apart. It appears that nobody is taking the responsibility to maintain the property, despite their promise of providing a full-service real estate solution. This is causing me severe inconvenience and even distress, as I am left dealing with the repercussions of their negligence. It's very disappointing and frustrating to deal with a company that does not value its customers. Their lack of care and attention to detail is frankly shocking.
