"We had a pleasure of staying at Summer Sunset in the month of November. First of all, location, location and location!!! The house sits right on the beach!!! Easy access to all the fun!!! If you are traveling with children its a must!!! There was enough toys and surfing boards to keep kids occupied .Also, every morning we had beach chairs and ⛱ umbrellas that were provided on the beach for us. In the evening we had a wonderful time in house pool. If you are traveling in the fall months we suggest to take a pool heating option. It was a life saver for us.We were able to enjoy the pool in the evenings. We had plenty of beach towels. Thank you Destin Dreamers for recommending this for us.The house it self is very clean with all needed amenities and necessary appliances in the kitchen.We were able to find everything accommodating for our family reunion. When we had couple of questions about the property, it was eagerly addressed by the customer service of Destin Dreamers. We will definitely book with Destin Dreamers again and will be coming back to this property."

"16 Sunsets- We really enjoyed this vacation. The house is gorgeous, location is great, beach access is perfect. The cleanliness of the house was very good. All of our party enjoyed the luxury furnishings, comfortable beds, and private bathrooms. The kitchen is very well stocked. I was delighted that it had 2 refrigerators and a pellet ice machine. The pool was heated nicely. The view is wonderful. We were very fortunate to find this available for our time off and to find Destin Dreamers. They were very dependable and a pleasure to do business with. We look forward to another visit next year."

"We stayed at the Mimosa Manor as a 3 family vacation. The home was clean when we arrived, beautifully decorated, and very spacious. It provided everything we pretty much needed as far as bedding, towels, basic cookware, beach chairs, and umbrella. The community pool is located less than 1000ft from the house as well as the grilling area. We all enjoyed our stay and the commodities the home provided. My comment would be in regards to the dining room chairs, although absolutely pretty and tying to the decor of the home, they are currently alittle on the wobblier side. I’m unsure if this is more due to wear and tear vs design but I do regret not having paid much attention to a comment on a wobbly chair at the beginning of our stay because the same dining chair later in the stay ended up buckling under my daughter when she scooted back in it. Momentarily caused laughter because we thought the chair slipped beneath her until we realized the chair wood was split as she came down which made us realize she could have been impaled by it. The young lady at Destin Dreamers was really kind and promptly offered to have someone come out and replace the damaged chair which was not needed since we were on the final days of stay but she was attentive and quick to provide a solution if needed. I would recommend them based on customer service and home commodities."

"Magnolia Retreat The home is beautiful, and the management company easy to communicate with. However, there were many things that happened during our near 2 week stay that should be noted. After arriving, it was clear that the cleaning company did not do the job that we would have hoped. Dirty dishes in the cabinets, thick dust on several items, smeared mirrors, and worst of all, dirty bedding (as well as as unfinished beds - the flat sheets were tucked neatly underneath the pillows waiting for us to put them on). The management company was very gracious in giving us all new sheets and towels (even though there was just a small amount dirty). Outside of the cleaning issues, there was no swing in the back, the table on the third floor had several chairs that were broken, the refrigerator was leaking onto the floor. But worst of all there was mold in the washing machine as well as the air vent in the bathroom. Since mold is a health hazard, this was very difficult to overlook. On the plus side, the golf cart was a lot of fun to use to go to the beach. The beach was literally just four or five minutes away via the golf cart. The back patio was a wonderful place to barbecue. It's covered and has a fan making it cool in the Florida heat. The kitchen and living area were perfect for our large family to gather. The beds were very comfortable with nice sized rooms. I can't say enough good about the management company. They were always available to us, and tried their best to make good out of the things that were less than."

"What an amazing experience I had! Loved all the details! All the rooms are very specious, and every room had its own private bathroom! We also had built in bunk beds besides our main big beds. Everything is very specious. We enjoyed our big group gathering at this place, and not worried about privacy. Everything was convenient. We started off with roof top view looking to the ocean and doing lots of selfies. It was breath taking. Coming back in we entered into a nice area for the TV and a private kitchen. Coming back one level more down, there were more rooms, and the cool thing was that every room had a name on the door, so you don’t need to say turn right and the 3rd door to your left…. On that level there was also a main theater room with lots of seating area, and a huge long side table behind the couch with many barstools. Another favorite area was the main floor where the HUGE beautiful white kitchen is with not a screaming turquoise theme. I do want to mention that everything was decorated, professionally with a modern design. This main floor also has some rooms, and a great room with TV. This is where we also had the parties, and the business meetings. Coming out through Giant slide doors you are coming to a furnished balcony with a view to the beautify heated if wanted pool and jacuzzi. Coming down from the balcony to the pool area you will see another huge area for sitting and a grilling area. Definitely for great parties and gatherings. You can come back into the house though the sliding doors on the 1st floor as well, and have another private sitting area, go to private rooms, do your laundry from the pool, and use the shower, and then go back up using the ELEVATOR!"
