"Management team sucks, they don’t respect anyone, the elevator never works, twice a month you can’t use your water until 5pm in the afternoon, when you move out they find every reason to not give you your security deposit, and also they charge for a whole bunch of unnecessary things when you move out!!!! The management team is horrible."
"These apartments make you feel like you’re in jail they are not kids friendly your kids can’t play outside parking is very strict they will tow your car very fast. They pay all this money for the parking but Do not have no security."

"Anyone who gave this place more than one star, either works there, or is Spanish!! Alvaro, the owner is a racist. If your not Spanish, you get poor treatment. They fine you for any and everything without any proof or verification. Cars get towed regularly due to lack of sufficient parking for residents. Laundry machines, always broken. There's only 4 or 5 total for 100 or so tenants in one building. AC units always need to be fixed. Call maintenance to fix something, they'll come in your home while your not there, touch and move things, leave muddy footprints throughout your home and do not clean any mess made while they were fixing. Anyone who is of Spanish descent will get the Royal treatment. If your black forget about. Has anyone hit up the BBB about these racist con artists??!"
"I lived there from 2/15 through 2/16 and honestly if I had not become a care giver to my mom I would have renewed my lease and continued to enjoy my spacious apartment. The grounds were well kept. I used the pool on a regular basis, and the laundry equipment was inexpensive yet ran great. All my maintenance issues were solved quickly and the leasing agent Ally was so good to me. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to lack of sufficient guest parking and location of trash compactor"
