"As a diamond member and an exclusive Hilton patron, this hotel is far below the standard. If you look closely at the photos, you will see the ants. They were everywhere. After a 17-hour day, changing the room was not in my thought process, and I would have expected a clean room. When I asked for bug spray to be able to place my toiletries on the vanity, I was handed a can of Raid and a disingenuous 'sorry' and "return it when you are done." This tells me this is not uncommon in this hotel. If you have options, I highly suggest you exercise them. UPDATE: I received a call from the manager expressing concern about my visit. This to me shows that the leadership team at this hotel is concerned about their customer. I will give them a second chance the next time I am in this area."
"We have stayed at this hotel twice. Rooms are clean, updated and have everything you need for a few days. The location has convenient access to highways. Snacks for purchase in lobby is nice. A few downsides: housekeeping has never actually cleaned my room any time I have stayed at this hotel. Not sure if that is normal but even after staying for 3 days they never come clean or replace towels. The breakfast is not good - skip it. Lastly, the mattress is VERY uncomfortable with zero support. Overall, decent value though."
"Staff is friendly and accommodating. Best service. The rooms on the other hand, are disgusting. I had to move rooms because of bed bugs. Then they gave me a room with stains on the wall, mold in the bathroom and it smelled like urine. The property is directly behind I75 so you will get a lot of highway noise. Will do more research on Home 2 Suite properties before booking in the future."
"Had to stay here this month 4 days for work. The staff was amazing and so friendly specifically the breakfast attendant. The hotel Could use a little deep clean though. The hallway carpet were filthy and the rooms could use some caulking and the shower door at the bottom was rusty the location was good. I have stayed at cleaner Home 2 suites hilton."
"The lady at check in when we got here was Ashley I believe and she was so nice. Offered us a cookie and when we found a problem in the room she immediately switched the room for us no questions asked. The only thing I don't really like is there's no maid service throughout the stay we had to ask for fresh towels. Also the rooms aren't the best looking but overall a good stay."
