"Be careful of this property. They will find every reason to keep your security deposit. At move out they will give you paperwork that says everyone will have cleaning and painting fees deducted for apartment turn over, no matter how clean you leave the apartment. So after taking ~$2000 every month in rent from you, they then keep your security deposit for basic things involved in getting an apartment ready for the next resident. Great scam they've got going. They will then ignore emails and phone calls when you ask any questions. Look at all the reviews and pictures about broken security gates and roach infestation. Even the positive reviews warn about roach infestation, but they will blame the resident (with no proof, just their word) instead of their poor pest control within the complex. Hopefully they be will be investigated soon for their poor management and scam techniques Edit 11/15 in response to their reply: so the best possible service Aventine can provide to their community is replying to a google review but not any emails from said community? Ignoring their residents? scamming their security deposits? providing no pest control? If you look at the positive reviews, you will see that many are from people who just visit and like how it looks, not from actual residents. Again, beware"

"I lived here in 2018 and it was one of my favorite apartments ever. The pool is very nice and rarely crowded. Never had any serious issues in the apartment. Some neighbors played loud music but not the fault of the complex. Gated entrance was also nice. Great location near lots of shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend! Price was on point as well."
