"It's sad that a Hilton would have all the issues I'm about to identify, especially given they're charging $180+/night way outside the "big city", and this is why my wife have stopped traveling domestically. Out stay started with discovering the door to our room was so warped that a 1" gap existed at the bottom of the door frame. Our first thought was, "We need to get another room", but then on our way back to the elevator we saw that all the other doors were warped. As a result, our door wouldn't close on it's own, and the people across the hall from us obviously didn't realize that, because their door was constantly open to where you could have just walked into their room, despite their Do Not Disturb sign. Next we tried to get ice, where a sign on the 4th floor points you to "Elevators and Ice", even though there is no ice and only a locked Storage room. That led to a trip to the 5th floor, where there is an Ice room that's missing an ice machine, so down to the 3rd floor with the same situation. Finally on the 2nd floor there's an ice machine, so why are all the ice machines missing, and why didn't they tell us that when we checked in? Next is the Covid Era sign by the gym that explains the "high level of cleanliness" they maintain. Sounds great, except that a ceiling tile had fallen and smashed into pieces on the floor, and after two days was still sitting there until we finally reported it to the front desk. Hard to believe they're killing microscopic germs, when they don't even bother cleaning up a giant ceiling tile. Then there was the Men's restroom on the main floor, that seems to indicate Hilton doesn't care about the handicapped. There was no soap or paper towels to wash your hands with, and I'm not talking it needed to be restocked, I'm saying it didn't exist. Then both rolls of toilet paper were gone, so how often does this bathroom get cleaned? The hotel occupancy was very low, and this is a bathroom you would only use if not in your room, so I would image that two rolls of toilet paper would last for days. Between the gym and this bathroom, I have to question how well our rooms were cleaned, and would certainly never stay here again."

"I’m all for chances , changing my last review because service was exceptional last night for the Super Bowl game . Sachs’s drinks are A1 and the chef this sunday food was awesome . Hopefully I get the same staff on my next check in because the last time was not so great … total difference. In food and drinks . The bartender accommodated the game , she is very fun and engaging whenever I’m here .. we do game nights and game show nights and honestly it’s so fun .. internet service still bad"

"We booked via a third party with non refundable rooms. We had a roach in our room and spoke with the front desk who said he would give us free breakfast. I'm sorry, no, that does not work for me. The next day we went to speak with Arturo the manager who refused to come and speak with us claiming he was on the phone but was able to speak with the desk attendant for 10 minutes or so. Horrible customer service to not speak to guests and no call is that important. We then ordered food before kitchen closed and waited a good 15 minutes for the beverages with 3 people at the bar and the bartender on her phone. We had to refill our own water and grab our own food from the pass window as she was nowhere to be found and food was cold by now as had been a good 30 minute wait for soup and grilled cheese! We check into the room and find the lights and outlets by bed are not working. Front desks reply when I address it the next am is why did you not call? Maintenance would have come up. Well, it's now 11 pm, how long would that take as no one here moves quickly and after just wanting to give me free breakfast would you really fix this? The doors also did not close all the way with a huge gap on top. I could go on and on! Do not stay here! They will take your money and that is it! I work in hospitality and would be ashamed a customer was treated this way! So much for their guarantee to make it right as they did anything but!!"

"Great hotel. Brent at the front desk was very helpful and friendly upon both check in and check out. Great location, clean room and great shower. As another reviewer posted the walls are a little thin and you could hear people in the hallway and other rooms but that said I would and will stay here again."

"Stayed here for 3 nights. Room was clean when I arrived. Shower had great water pressure and temperature. No housekeeping services during my stay unless requested. Walls are very thin and I could hear the guests in room next door frequently. My room didn't include free breakfast. I wasn't going to pay $15 for the buffet that you get standard at most hotels. There are plenty of better breakfast options nearby. Staff I interacted with were friendly."
