"My second night staying I was planning to write the only suggestion I had was to have jacuzzi or baths for select rooms to complete the vibe of an oasis but when leaving the claimed owner was remarkably uncivil. I was waiting on a taxi to pick me up but had to wait almost two hours. She asked me to leave even though I told her I was waiting on a taxi. It was so unusual I went to go talk with her. When we talked and I felt a lack of professionalism I decided to tell her before checking out and calling my cab she asked me if my luggage was in trash bags after asking her if I could leave my luggage in the lobby for a second before checking out. I asked her about her role there and if she was the manager. "I'm the owner and manager." She replied, to which I asked for her name to her denial. I stated that managers of lodges legally had to identify themselves to which she denied again. After a few more words she threatened to call the police to which I said please. I'm sure after realizing she was on the wrong side of the law called a friend of hers. I heard his voice and replied to his tone by suggesting he come by. After she gave me her name saved, Mrs. P for short, I was comfortable leaving. I will never visit this establishment to stay again."

"First and last time here. I was charged for something I didn’t take. Why would I return a 50$ Netflix remote just to steal 2 $50 hand towels? It was an open bar of soap on the counter. It makes me feel like the house keeper wasn’t attentive and now I have to pay for something I didn’t do. And I’m upset because this was something close and convenient to my house. But I’m not staying at a place that’s going to treat me like something I’m not. Other than the loud guests early that morning it was okay. Stay wasn’t worth it though."

"Often pass this place and thought the worst. Desperate to find a place cost effective to be alone to study with peace and quiet and viola! Stepped out on faith and was pleasantly surprised. Frequented a few times for sake of peace and quiet to focus on books. Never had an issue with any of the staff. Could understand they deal with much. Especially given location and many who would seek to defame a diamond in the rough. Rooms do book fast. There is no security. A chance to be taken. Foot note always booked. Always. Unbeatable price, clean rooms. Netflix etc options."

"What a pleasant surprise. We found this hotel last minute. Compared to the other hotels in the Miami area is it was significantly cheaper To be honest, I didn't expect much. I just needed somewhere to shower and crash. Normally, I stay at a Hilton or Marriott, but they were all booked. The Hotel is extremely clean And the room is very Cute, small but very comfortable and extremely clean. Honestly for the price, I don't think you can beat this place most of the other places in the same price range are roach motels, which I can assure you This is not."

"First appearance does not do this INN justice. When we pulled up at 9pm at night we were what did we get ourselves into. But once you enter the room it is really nice. The rooms are remodeled to today's standards with a tiled stand up shower. Only 2 things that hindered our stay. 1-No hot water the next morning when we got up to shower. we notified the front desk. The hot water was fixed and hot showered at 130pm. The bed is a full size. Not a queen size as expected by looking at pictures online. It was time to get snuggly as to not fall off the bed."
