"Wish I could get an apartment soon. Haven't visited in person, but 2 yrs ago, I was in contact with the Lady in charge. I can't remember her name, though, and it seems that this community has a lot to offer . The only withdrawal I see is that you have to apply in the downtown office, and my husband and I are senior citizens therefore, downtown is not an area for us, not even to visit. Hopefully one day they'll come up with a closer office to apply and take care of all paperwork."

"This place may be cheap to live in but RUN! Trust me you are better off paying somewhere else. They are ALWAYS coming inside your unit for something. Whether it’s to test the air, break the wall to fix the AC, fix something. This place was NOT ready for move in. The closet of the 2/2 apartment is atrocious. The door opens and hits the inside of the closet. In order to get the things inside my closet I have to open the closet, go inside to the left, close the closet to be able to reach the right side of the closet. I do NOT know how this passed inspection. Mirtha is SUPER rude. She is never responsive and when you try and talk to her she seems bothered. The cameras they promised DO NOT work. They said they would be and there has been lots of damages to several cars including mine who was scratched with a key. If I can give no stars to this place I will. The walls are made poorly, you can hear the neighbors next door as if they are inside your apartment. I am in building 3 and I hear the cars from the palmetto loud!!! I can not imagine building 1 or 2. The “impact” windows are not helping the noise. OH! Last thing… we signed a lease to pay $1,036 and 4 months in they sent a letter that it’s now $1175. Management here is HORRIBLE. All I can say is avoid this place at all costs. 0/10. Can’t wait to leave this place!"

"My apartment is amazing, everything is brand new, the neighbors are very nice n friendly, the management which is both Sylvia’s and Yazmin get the job done as well.. The apartments is right on Miamilakes drive, near everything, n Bob graham elementary school is right next door which is an A school... You will not go wrong getting on the waiting list for these apartments.. My kids are excited and I am blessed as well to b apart of this new community.. They need more then 5stars..."

"Leaving this review because we applied back in Feb, we were not approved and they still have not refunded the $100 deposit. We have called numerous times and spoken to Silvia and they give us the run around each time. I have already reached out to their Corporate office. Today the number is out of service!!! we feel SCAMMED!!! these people are THIEVES!!!! If I could go back in time and NOT give them a dime of my money, I would :)"
