"I have been a resident of this apartment complex for three years, and regrettably, my overall experience has been less than satisfactory. Over time, I have observed a consistent decline in the quality of living conditions. The most pressing issue has been the persistent mold problem in my bathroom, which has persisted for months without a satisfactory resolution. Additionally, I have encountered a baffling situation with the water billing from the local water company. On two separate occasions, I was charged for water consumption that I did not personally incur. One of these instances occurred during a recent trip when I was out of the country for two weeks. Upon requesting a detailed bill, I discovered that my water usage had inexplicably increased during the days I was absent. It remains a mystery how such consumption could transpire when I was not even in the same state as my water meter. What exacerbates these issues is the frustrating lack of communication and responsiveness from the property owners. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, particularly a person named Katie Martinez, I have received no response, and my concerns remain unaddressed. The management of the Graham Company, which seems to have a monopoly on properties in Miami Lakes, is deeply concerning. Their rent pricing appears arbitrary, and it appears they treat tenants with disregard and indifference. It's disheartening to feel that there are no apparent consequences or repercussions for such practices. I caution potential tenants not to be deceived by the initial appearance of the complex. While it may seem appealing on the surface, it's essential to consider the broader picture. In my experience, it's best to carefully evaluate your options before deciding to invest your hard-earned money in this complex."

"First off, this property and its staff deserve TEN stars. From the moment I came to inquire about a unit, I was greeted by Ms.Tammy and Ms.Patricia. Both so polite, helpful, and just all around pleasant. I was able to get a tour of the unit and it was LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT. I needed to look no further. They walked me through the application process, which was fast and efficient. I was approved within 48 hours!! I’ve now been living at the property for one month and honestly… I wish I could purchase my unit! I’ve lived in Miami Lakes for years, but this property feels as if I lived out of state. Just beautiful, the staff is always so polite and the neighbors have been so nice from the moment I started my move. It’s very seldom that you run into that these days, which leaves me at peace knowing that Graham Properties is where luxury and peace of mind meet. I don’t even want to get into how gorgeous and spacious my unit is, and how beautiful the amenities are as well. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a peaceful community to call home.. you’re going to absolutely love the staff!!! Thanks again to Patricia, Shane, Tammy, and the wonderful maintenance staff who is always so prompt and polite as well. I can’t rave about you all enough, because it’s truly your amazing service that makes this property the best in town."

This is a tranquil and safe, child and pet friendly neighborhood with ample parking. There is easy access to necessary shopping, restaurants and highways.
