Marbrisa Apartments

"I moved out 5 months ago, when i lived here it was a pleasant experience everyone is calm and no one bothers you. However i never got to enjoy the pool before moving out because it’s been closed for 1 year! Most importantly I've been calling every other day waiting for my security deposit to be returned. For 3 months the office girls were waiting for one lady in management to return from maternity leave to follow up on my deposit. This is horribly handled by Jessica and Marbrisa management, its no ones problem someone is away from work and they cant find a replacement to take over this persons position . So that means nothing was getting done by upper management while the person in charge of deposits was out. Today i haven't heard back from Jessica or anyone from the office regarding my security deposit and I will continue checking until my deposit is returned! Marbrisa management (FPI Management) is the worst ! I would suggest for anyone who is planning on moving out to be mentally prepared to fight for your security deposit to be returned, they have a lack of compassion for one’s own money! No follow up no calls nothing, i have to be the one harassing the office girls. Horrible!!!"

"The pool hasn’t been open for several months and the management team is supposedly waiting in the city for something. Other than that the maintenance team is very hardworking and great with tenants. But this pool situation is ridiculous"

"Unfortunately marbrisa has neglected its amenities that used to make it enjoyable to reside at. The pool has been closed officially for a full 365 days and counting.. it has Rusted bbq grills that has been mentioned to the leasing office and they said they would have maintenance take care of it (never did), the volleyball court isn’t sand!! It’s gravel and lastly, the kids playground is extremely rusted out. When will anything be done? To add on!, there is never any parking in the afternoons. Cars park on the side walk and park blocking one complete lane by double parking or even blocking in people in their spot. We are residents who pay our rent every month. Why can’t we enjoy any amenities?"

"FPI Management, worse management ever in the 15 years I have resided at the property. Pool has been closed since October/November of 2022 as they are "still waiting" for the city to approve permit. Gym machines broken as well. Building/Stairwells/Sidewalks are in very dirty conditions. Never a parking spot, it's literally a nightmare. Dissatisfied with the personnel in the main office, barely care and you have to repeat yourself over and over because they barely speak English. Manager never around, and if you find her, she has an attitude towards residents. FPI, you are the worst."

"The staff members from maintenance to the office staff are always easy to talk to. Have had a great experience the years I've lived here. Always clean and crime free."
