"My experience at Natura has been a bit of a headache. Since the beginning of our lease, the internet service promised has been consistently unreliable, with frequent failures that have significantly impacted our daily lives. Like the previous review, we were told there would be ATT fiber internet. Unfortunately, we aren't allowed to get our own internet, so we are forced to use the one they provide costing us $100 a month. We still don't have ATT Fiber which been a major letdown, especially considering the increasing importance of reliable internet, particularly for those of us who work from home. The internet issues are not just an inconvenience; they have had a direct impact on our income, making it difficult to maintain a productive work environment. This has been a source of frustration and stress, and despite raising the concerns with the management, the situation has not improved. Additionally, the overall quality of the apartment leaves much to be desired. The materials used in the construction, such as the textures and paints, are of subpar quality and seem to be prone to staining and damage. It is disheartening to see how easily the apartment surfaces get tainted, requiring constant maintenance and making it challenging to keep the living space in a satisfactory condition. We had hoped for a comfortable and reliable living experience, but unfortunately, Natura has fallen short of our expectations. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for both the management and potential tenants. It's essential to address these issues to improve the living conditions for current and future residents."

"When we moved in (January) we were told there would be att fiber internet by March. We didn't get any internet until around late May / early june. And its a third party rural internet provider that randomly goes down for days at a time. You can't get your own internet so you HAVE to use the one they provide. And its low MBS and cost an extra $100 a month. We still don't have ATT Fiber and they keep telling us they don't know when they'll get it. We were tricked into coming into this apartment and seeing how they handle the internet, I don't think we'll be renewing our lease. We are remote workers, and when we called the office all they could say is sorry for the inconvenience, there's nothing we can do. THIS IS HOW WE EARN OUR MONEY TO PAY FOR OUR RENT HERE!! We have been losing money left and right because of this issue. Avoid if you use internet a lot!!! And don't believe what they say. You'll be strung along a lease that you'll hate."
